At MyoNiagara, we help children and adults improve breathing, oral function, and overall health through personalized orofacial myofunctional therapy.
Our programs are designed to support the four primary goals of myofunctional therapy by improving the strength, mobility, and coordination of the tongue and orofacial muscles. Treatment may include targeted exercises, breathing retraining, habit correction, and collaboration with other healthcare providers when needed.
By improving these foundational functions, we help support healthy breathing patterns, proper jaw and facial development, better sleep, and long-term wellness.
Every treatment plan is customized to the individual, with program length varying based on each patient’s needs and goals.
Based in Beamsville, Ontario, MyoNiagara proudly serves families throughout the Greater Niagara region.

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, MyoMunchee Provider
Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMSc) in Anatomy and Cell Biology from the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 2014. Following graduation, she spent time living in Banff, Alberta, where she enjoyed skiing, working, and traveling before returning to Ontario to pursue her Dental Hygiene education.
Through her work in dental hygiene—and through the experiences with her own two children—Lyndsey discovered the powerful impact of orofacial myofunctional therapy. This discovery sparked a deep passion for helping patients address the root causes of issues related to breathing, oral function, and development.
Lyndsey is committed to ongoing education and has completed numerous courses and advanced training in orofacial myology. She is also a member of the Association of Orofacial Myologists of Canada, staying connected with the latest research and best practices in the field.
Her goal is to help families feel truly seen and heard, and to recognize that symptoms such as mouth breathing, poor sleep, or oral dysfunction are not simply things children need to “grow out of.” Lyndsey believes in identifying and addressing the underlying causes early to support optimal growth, health, and long-term wellbeing.
She takes an inter-professional, collaborative approach, working alongside other healthcare providers to guide the body toward healthy function, proper development, and improved quality of life.
